The University Theatre of NBU premiered Heather Rafo's play "The Two Sides of Regret". It was part of the "Discover Theater" initiative, according to which all performances in November at the University Theatre were free. The beginning of the show at 18:30, but students began to arrive much earlier. In the end, it turned out that the seats in the hall were few and the number of standing people was approaching that of those sitting.
The director of "The Two Sides of Desire" is Katerina Hristova, composer – Ivaylo Andonov, the only role was entrusted to Zlatka Keremedchieva. Zlatka Keremedchieva has been involved in theatre since 2002, an actress at the Stara Zagora Drama Theatre "Geo Milev", and a playwright. Winner of the award for best female role in a short film in 2009 for her participation in the film "13/14". Next year she will have projects such as the already acclaimed in Bulgaria "LOVE.NET", the American production "Conan" and "RIDEAU ROUGE A RAISKO" – a Bulgarian-French production.
The Nine Sides of Desire is the story of nine women from Iraq. At first glance, it is about war and chaos in this country, but in fact it is about something much more general - about love and hope, about death and destruction.
