The idea was developed by a team of graduate students in film and television arts from New Bulgarian University. At New Actors Studio they presented the concept, creative direction, and plans for development to a young audience.

The project explored contemporary city stories and the challenges of young people in Sofia, with a focus on realistic characters and episodic storytelling.
